This evening we will be performing a series of 3 upgrades to the VDI system. This will include the software that users have to access VDI, which is now called "Omnissa Horizon Client". You will be getting an email shortly from Ray with more details.
This outage will take approximately 2 hours, and if you work remotely will require VPN connection. If you have a personal computer, it may also need a software upgrade, so please submit tickets with any issues and we will walk through any complications with you.
